​한마음교회 구성원(가족)은 그리스도의 몸의 지체로서 서로 연결됩니다.  그 연결은  ‘만나’라고 하는 이름의  소그룹  공동체입니다.  만나는 만남과 나눔의 조합어입니다. 만남은 1)하나님과의 만남, 2)형제자매와의 만남, 3) 이웃(전도대상자)과의 만남을 의미합니다.  나눔은 1)하나님 (말씀), 2) 마음, 그리고 3)음식 나눔을 포함합니다.  만나 모임의 순서는 영문 MANNA 의 이니셜에 따라 1) Meal(함께 식사);  2)Adoration (찬양);  3) Nurturing (설교 요약 및 말씀 나눔); 4) Networking (감사한 일, 기도제목 나눔); 5) Anointing (성령 충만을 사모하는 기도, 개인 및 중보기도)로 진행합니다.
HIBC family connects each other as parts of the body of Christ. The connection is a small group community named 'Manna.' The Manna is a combined word for man-nam ("meeting" in Korean) and na-num ("sharing" in Korean). Mannam (meeting) includes the interaction with God's words, brothers and sisters in Christ, and neighbors who we try to bring to Christ. Nanum (sharing) has God's words, caring heart, and sharing meals. The meeting follows the order of the initial letter of M-A-N-N-A: 
1) Meal (eating foods together)
2) Adoration (worshipping)
3) Nurturing (summarizing Sunday's message and sharing God's words)
4) Networking (sharing what we are thankful for and prayer requests)
5) Anointing (praying to God for being filled with the H.S. and praying for others).
